iFutsal Terms of Service
1. Who provides the service
iFutsal (app.ifutsal.app) is provided by Miguel Tanda, a natural person. Contact: support@ifutsal.app.
By using iFutsal you accept these Terms. How we process your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
iFutsal is for organising five-a-side football: creating communities, inviting players, managing members and, in the future, matches, teams and results.
The service is free and in closed beta. This means it is still under development: features and appearance may change, some parts may have defects and access is by invitation only.
3. Who can use iFutsal
To sign up you must:
- be at least 14 years old;
- have received a valid invitation;
- provide true data: your real first and last name and an email address you actually use.
The account is personal. Keep your password confidential and let us know right away at support@ifutsal.app if you think someone else has used it.
4. Communities and who manages them
Whoever founds a community is its organizer. Organizers and admins can invite people, add ghost profiles, remove members and readmit them.
If you are an organizer or admin and you add data about other people, that is, ghost profiles or emails in invitations:
- only enter people you know and who actually play in your community;
- use only the data the app asks for, without offensive names or information the person would not share;
- if a person asks you to remove them, remove them, or write to support@ifutsal.app.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use iFutsal to:
- carry out illegal activities, or to offend, threaten or discriminate against other people;
- impersonate another person;
- enter data about third parties without a reason related to playing in your community;
- attempt to access other people's accounts or data, bypass the service's protections, overload it or extract data from it automatically.
6. Your content
The content you enter, such as the name of a community or a nickname, remains yours and you are responsible for it. You authorise us to store it and to show it to the members of your communities, only in order to make the service work.
7. Availability of the service
We do our best to make iFutsal work well, but since it is in beta we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors or that no data will be lost. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, giving notice when possible.
8. Liability
The service is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data arising from the use of the service. This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor in any other case in which the law does not allow liability to be excluded.
9. Closing your account
You can stop using iFutsal whenever you want and delete your account yourself, at the bottom of the “Sign-in & security” page of your profile, or ask for it to be deleted by writing to support@ifutsal.app. What happens to your data after deletion is explained in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, normally after warning you.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. In case of significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they come into force. If you keep using the service after they come into force, the changes are deemed accepted.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the protections and the competent court that the law grants you remain unaffected.
